Tim set up MercuryMedia in 2000 as a production and distribution company specializing in raising finance for factual programming. Tim oversees all matters relating to MercuryMedia and along with Aggregator TV, has recently launched the new documentary broadband service joiningthedots.tv, which aims to be the number one destination for solid documentaries.
Tim’s previous work includes stints at Walt Disney/ABC, Thames Television, Itel and WTN. At WTN he set up its successful Programmes and Entertainment Division. He is a graduate of London Business School and Sussex University in the UK and Northwestern University in the US. Tim supports Chelsea Football Club and relaxes with Hatha Yoga. | |

Jason joined MercuryMedia in January 2004. As Head of Acquisitions he will be acquiring programming both for the Mercury catalogue and for joiningthedots.tv – Mercury’s online documentary outlet co-venture. He also works closely with producers to write and design the promotional material for programmes represented or being developed by the company.
Before joining Mercury, Jason worked as a freelance researcher on documentary projects. He has a degree in American Studies, a post-graduate diploma in journalism and has also run his own company. | |

Patricia handles all sales activity for the African, Asian, Latin American, Middle East, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish territories. She will also be covering of Eastern Europe (excl Hungary and Poland). Patricia worked in theatrical sales at Sony Pictures Classics in New York, and has held executive positions at Buena Vista International Television and Freemantle International in London. | |

Matt is the consummate television insider and has considerable experience in content development and co-production. Matt will be working with Mercury through his own company, Intermat. His clients include many prestigious production companies and he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Previously, Matt spent four years at Discovery where he was responsible for programming-based new business development. He also helped launch Discovery Channel Australia and Discovery Channel India.
In his new role, Matt will be working with independent producers and domestic cable programmers, in North America, to assist with the funding, acquisition of factual series and specials, which Mercury Media can license internationally. | |
